QuickSearch
SmartSearch finds individual records quickly. QuickSearch finds multiple customers or numbers that match certain criteria, such as payment method or billing cycle. You can save searches for future use or as live searches shown in the left-hand menu of every page.
Search Criteria
Results only show customers or numbers that match all the criteria you enter.
Contact Details
Search for customers by name, contact number, address, or email address. If these are your only criteria, SmartSearch is probably quicker.
Account Details
QuickSearch is more useful than SmartSearch for finding customers by account details rather than name. Filter by status, account manager, commission holder, payment method, billing cycle, and more. If you leave a field empty, it’s ignored (leaving everything empty is the same as selecting everything).
You can also search by account history, such as customers with failed payments, outstanding balances, or those who have (or haven’t) received specific correspondence.
Number Details
Search for numbers by status, type, carrier, or by digits the number (or its target) contains. SmartSearch is the better option for finding numbers by specific digits.
If you don’t enter any number criteria, the results show customers only.
Saving Searches
Once you’ve set up a search, save it for future use via the Defaults menu in the top menu bar. Reload saved searches from the same menu. To use a saved search as a live search in the left-hand menu, enable Use As Menu Link.
