The Carrier Transaction Allocations report shows how wholesale carrier transactions have been matched to customer billing records. This report is available when the wholesale fixed module is active.
When to Use This Report
- Check which carrier transactions have been allocated to customers
- Find unallocated carrier charges that need attention
- Verify that wholesale costs are correctly matched to retail billing
- Review auto-allocated vs manually allocated transactions
Filters

Date Range
- On or After / Before — filter by transaction date
Transaction Details
- Carrier — filter by carrier
- Wholesale Billing Period — filter by billing period
- Show — choose which allocations to display:
- Unallocated — carrier transactions not yet matched to a customer
- Allocated — manually allocated transactions
- Auto-Allocated — transactions matched automatically by the system
- All — show everything
Output Types
- On Screen — standard tabular view showing allocation status per transaction
- CSV Output — full data export for spreadsheet analysis
- Print — print-friendly layout
Tips
- Start by filtering for Unallocated transactions to focus on items that need attention.
- Run this report after each wholesale billing period to make sure all carrier charges have been matched.
- Use the carrier filter to review allocations from a specific carrier.
