The Customer Contacts Report lists contact records across your customer base. Use it to export contact details, review contact types, and check contact coverage.
When to Use This Report
- Export contact details for communications or mail merges
- Review which customers have contacts set up and which type they are

Filters

Contact Details
- Contact Type — filter by the type of contact (e.g. billing, technical, general)
- Contact Regarding — filter by what the contact relates to
Customer Details
Filter by customer name, status, and other customer properties. See Using Reports for details.
Output Types
- On Screen — standard tabular view showing one line per contact
- CSV Output — full data export for spreadsheet analysis
- Print — print-friendly layout
