The Customers Report gives you an overview of your customer base. Use it to analyse customer data, review account details, and export customer information.
When to Use This Report
- Review your active customer base
- Export customer data for analysis or mail merges
- Filter customers by status, product, dealer, or account manager
- Check customer account details in bulk
Filters

Customer Details
This report primarily uses the common customer filters. Filter by customer name, status, billing cycle, dealer code, account manager, products, and other customer properties. See Using Reports for details.
Additional filters:
- Active On — show customers who were active on a specific date, including those whose status changed after that date. Option to include customers with unknown contract start dates.
- Contract End Date On or After / Before — filter by contract end date
- Updated Date On or After / Before — filter by when the customer record was last updated
Output Types
- On Screen — standard tabular view showing one line per customer
- CSV Output — full data export for spreadsheet analysis
- CSV Output (Accounts) — formatted for accounting package import
- Print — print-friendly layout
Tips
- Use the Active On filter with a past date to see which customers were active at a specific point in time.
- Combine status and dealer code filters to review a specific dealer’s active accounts.
- The Contract End Date filter helps identify customers whose contracts are ending soon.
