The Discount Plan Usage report shows how much of each discount plan allowance has been used. Use it to track bundle consumption, spot customers using more than their allowance, and identify those who might benefit from a larger plan.
When to Use This Report
- Check how much of each customer’s inclusive allowance has been used
- Find customers who regularly exceed their allowance and may need an upgrade
- Identify customers using very little of their allowance who could move to a smaller plan
- Review allowance usage for a specific billing period
Filters

Date Range
- Allowance Begins On or After / Before — filter by when the allowance period started
- Allowance Consumed On or After / Before — filter by when usage was consumed against the allowance
Discount Details
- Discount Plan — select a specific discount plan to report on
Usage Thresholds
- Minutes Used (%) — minimum and maximum percentage of minutes used
- Calls Used (%) — minimum and maximum percentage of calls used
- Value Used (%) — minimum and maximum percentage of value used
- Nominal Value Used (%) — minimum and maximum percentage of nominal value used
- Allowance Consumed (%) — percentage through the allowance period, useful for comparing usage rate against time elapsed

- On Screen — standard tabular view showing allowance usage per number
- CSV Output — full data export for spreadsheet analysis
- Print — print-friendly layout
Tips
- Set Minutes Used minimum to 90% to find customers close to exceeding their allowance.
- Compare Allowance Consumed (%) with usage percentages to spot customers who are on track to exceed their plan before the period ends.
- Use the Discount Plan filter to review usage for a specific bundle product.
