The No Call Since Report finds numbers that have not had any call activity since a given date. Use it to identify dormant numbers that may need attention or could be disconnected.
When to Use This Report
- Find numbers with no recent activity that customers may be paying for unnecessarily
- Identify potentially disconnected or misconfigured numbers
- Review inactive numbers before a contract renewal
- Clean up number inventories by finding unused numbers
Filters

Date Filters
- No Call Since — show numbers with no calls since this date. For example, setting this to three months ago finds numbers that have been inactive for at least three months.
- Minimum Calls in Period (On or After / Before) — optionally require that the number had at least a certain number of calls in a separate date range, to confirm it was once active
- Ignore Calls Shorter Than (seconds) — ignore very short calls (e.g. under 5 seconds) that may be test calls or misdials

Tips
- Start with a No Call Since date of three months ago to catch clearly inactive numbers without flagging those with seasonal usage patterns.
- Use the Ignore Calls Shorter Than filter to avoid flagging numbers that only received very short test or robo-calls.
- Cross-reference results with the Service Charges Report to see what customers are paying for inactive numbers.
