Service Charges Report

The Service Charges Report shows recurring and one-off charges from features across your customer base. Use it to review what customers are being charged for their services.

When to Use This Report

• Review all active feature charges as of a given date
• Check sold dates and start dates across features
• Export charge data for bulk review or updates
• Find features approaching renewal or minimum term dates

Filters

For general guidance on running reports and using filters, see Using Reports.

Date Filters

• Active On — show features active on this date. Choose whether to use the feature’s Start Date or Sold Date as the reference.
• Sold Date On or After / Before — filter by when the feature was sold
• Start Date On or After / Before — filter by when the feature started billing
• End Date On or After / Before — filter by feature end date
• Due Date On or After / Before — filter by charge due date
• Minimum Term Date On or After / Before — find features with minimum terms expiring in a given period
• Renewal Date On or After / Before — find features with renewals due in a given period

Product Filters

• Customer Products — filter by customer product, with options for All of, Any of, or None of the selected products

Output Types

• On Screen — standard tabular view showing one line per feature charge
• CSV Output — full data export for spreadsheet analysis
• CSV Output (Accounts) — formatted for accounting package import
• CSV Output (Bulk Update) — formatted for re-importing updated charges
• Annual Increase Bulk Update — formatted for annual price increase processing
• Customer Level — groups charges by customer showing totals
• Print — print-friendly layout

Tips

• Use the Minimum Term Date filter to find features whose minimum terms expire soon. This helps with contract renewal planning.
• The CSV Output (Bulk Update) format lets you export charges, update them in a spreadsheet, and re-import the changes.
• Filter by Active On with today’s date to get a snapshot of all current charges.
