Invoice Delivery
Use Customer Services > Invoice Delivery to find invoices that need delivery follow-up.
What you need: the Customer Services section and permission to list invoices. The Delivery failures view also needs permission to list sent emails.
The views
Section titled “The views”- Undelivered opens by default. It shows invoices raised in the last 90 days that have not been delivered.
- Delivery failures shows invoices dated in the last 90 days with unresolved latest-recipient email failures. A successful recipient delivery excludes the invoice.
Search by customer name, account number, postcode, email address or phone number. Open an invoice to check its details and use the available actions, such as Email Invoice.
Important: emailing an invoice can start an automatic collection. The result banner reports whether a collection started, was blocked or failed.
Delivery and payment
Section titled “Delivery and payment”Delivered includes the invoice email being sent or confirmed SMS delivery. It does not prove that the customer read the invoice.
An SMS request or provider acceptance is not confirmed delivery. Check the recorded outcome before sending again.
Unsent means an invoice has not been raised yet. It is a billing state, separate from delivery.
The full Invoices list is under Credit Control and includes unpaid, overdue and credit-note views. That guide also covers invoice actions, charge breakdowns and call-rating evidence.
Send and follow up
Section titled “Send and follow up”Use Send by SMS where your permissions and the customer’s contact details allow it. Check the recipients, preview and delivery history before following up.
Confirmed SMS delivery can release configured automatic collection. See invoice sending.
This list is shared within your account access. Attention decisions apply across Customer Services and Credit Control.
