Daily CRM Tasks Email
The Daily CRM Tasks email is a short digest of what needs attention, with a count against each item and a link straight into the queue behind it. It is deliberately counts and links rather than tables, so it stays readable on a phone.
What it respects
Section titled “What it respects”The digest is built for each recipient individually, using their own permissions and their own Team or Mine scope. Two people on the same team can get different numbers, and neither sees a count for a queue they could not open.
If you have nothing outstanding, you get no email. An empty digest is never sent.
Editions
Section titled “Editions”There are two editions, Morning and Afternoon, each with its own send hour set per platform or dealer. Subscribe to one, both or neither.
Subscriptions are set per user under Parameters, in the CRM Reports section, as CRM Daily Tasks Sections Required. They can also be set for a whole user group, and a user’s own setting is combined with the groups they belong to. Setting a user explicitly to nothing switches the digest off for them regardless of their groups.
What it covers
Section titled “What it covers”You choose which sections to receive. Each one only produces rows for work you can actually see.
Sales
Deals ready to go live; Cases awaiting reply; Cases breaching SLA targets; Draft case replies to review and send; Sequence steps due; Deals needing attention; Proposals needing chasing; Accepted proposals awaiting payment or Direct Debit; Correspondence awaiting approval; Out of contract with no renewal deal; Stale stock number holds; New email enquiries; Held emails in the send queue.
Credit Control
Chase actions due; Broken payment promises; Chase cases with no next action; Overdue customers not being chased; Daily Credit Control run awaiting release; Correspondence awaiting approval; Credit limits reached; Credit limits approaching; Auto-topups near trigger; Auto-topup issues; Cases awaiting reply; Cases breaching SLA targets; Draft case replies to review and send.

Customer Services
Cases awaiting reply; Cases breaching SLA targets; Draft case replies to review and send; Open complaints on the register; Complaints at the six-week ADR line; Tickets needing attention; Confirmations awaiting approval.
Workspace
TODOs due today or overdue; At-risk accounts.
Automation
What last night’s runs did: Renewal deals created overnight; Sequence emails sent overnight; Sequence steps prepared for approval; Sequence tasks created; Sequence steps skipped; Sales automation errors; Chase cases enrolled; Chase correspondence queued; Chase items closed as paid; Chase actions blocked; Payment reminders sent; Credit Control automation errors.
The Automation rows appear only while the last run is recent, so a stale run does not sit in the digest for days.
Where the same counts appear on screen
Section titled “Where the same counts appear on screen”The digest, the menu badges, the section dashboards and the Today strip are all built from the same catalogue, so they agree with each other. If the email says four cases are breaching, the badge says four too.
