Packages and Tiers

SAFE CRM is sold in tiers, with two optional extras on top. Which tier you hold decides what the workspace offers; what each person is permitted to do inside it is a separate question, answered by access and roles.

The tiers

Each tier includes everything in the tiers before it.

Leads - free with the billing platform

Leads, their pre-sale numbers, services and features, and Deals right through to Go Live. That is a complete sales process: create a prospect, build what you are selling them, win it, and turn it into billing records.

Deals - £10 per seat per month

Adds Proposals: a branded PDF, a secure customer web page, online acceptance with a typed signature, approval before sending, reminders as expiry approaches, and acceptance confirmations.

Growth - £20 per seat per month

The management visibility tier. Adds:

Wholesale & Profit Tracking - cost and margin on every deal.
Usage Pricing - expected call costs derived from the tariffs actually assigned.
Forecasting & Targets - forecast categories on deals, and sales targets.
Teams - named teams and the target scoreboard.
Renewal Radar - read-only contract radar, plus the per-customer renewal flow.

Scale - £30 per seat per month

The selling tier. Adds:

Alternative Deals - good, better and best options in one proposal.
Current Provider Analysis - what the customer pays today, and the saving on offer.
Cases & Email - the Cases service desk for Sales, one-to-one email and the enquiry inbox.
Stock Numbers - a priced inventory of memorable and premium numbers.
Sequences - timed ladders of emails, calls and tasks.
Multiple Pipelines - more than one sales pipeline.

The add-ons

Reporting & Insights - £15 per seat per month

A per-seat add-on that unlocks the manager surfaces: the Forecast roll-up, Sales Analytics, Churn, the Automation page, At-risk Accounts, and managing teams and targets rather than only seeing your own.

Growth grants forecast entry on a deal. This add-on grants the pages that read those forecasts across the team.

Platform Pack - priced by the size of your customer base

A tenant-wide add-on, independent of the tiers. It covers the things that work across your whole base rather than one deal at a time:

Campaigns with a monthly send allowance.
Renewal Automation - the Renewal Run and nightly renewal-deal creation.
Base Explorer - segmenting and acting on the whole live base.
Customer Health Scores - the nightly scoring behind At-risk Accounts.
Full Email Queue management, including pausing and resuming a dealer’s marketing traffic.

Without the Platform Pack the Email Queue is still there, but read-only and limited to your own sends.

Confirmations of Instructions is a separate standalone module rather than part of a tier, and is switched off by default.

What a locked feature looks like

Features above your package stay visible with a padlock in the menu, and opening one shows a page naming what it needs and offering to talk to us. Nothing is hidden away, so you can always see what the next tier would give you.

Nothing is ever deleted when a feature is switched off. Queued sends hold rather than fail, automation pauses rather than being removed, and stored data such as a Current Provider comparison survives untouched. Turn the feature back on and everything resumes.

Trying it out

A demo window can be opened on your platform, which enables everything with a banner on each page naming the tier that feature really belongs to. When the window ends the features lock again, and nothing created during the demo is lost.
