Packages and Tiers
Your CRM tier and enabled add-ons determine which features you can use. Your permissions determine what you can do within those features.

What a locked feature looks like
Section titled “What a locked feature looks like”A feature your package does not include appears with a padlock in the menu. Opening it explains which tier or add-on it needs and offers a way to contact us.
Switching off a feature preserves its stored data. Queued sends are held, automation pauses, and saved information such as Current Provider comparisons remains available when access is restored.
Trying it out
Section titled “Trying it out”A demo window enables CRM features on your platform. Each page shows a banner naming the tier its feature belongs to. When the demo ends, features outside your package lock again. Records created during the demo are kept.
