Sales
The Sales section turns prospects into billing records. A lead becomes a deal, the deal gathers the numbers, services and features being sold, a proposal goes out for the customer to accept online, and Go Live turns what they bought into live billing without anyone rekeying it.
Because the CRM is part of the billing platform, a deal can be priced from the tariffs and discount plans actually assigned to its numbers, and a renewal can amend the live record in place rather than duplicating it.

Sales Home
Section titled “Sales Home”Signing in with the Sales section takes you to Sales Home: your pipeline, proposals and follow-ups at a glance.
Across the top sit headline cards - open pipeline, expected MRR, proposals out, deals to fix, contracts about to end, at-risk accounts, stock numbers and sequences. Below them are short work queues: overdue TODOs, proposals to chase, deals needing attention, customer questions awaiting reply, stale stock number holds.
Two controls shape it:
- Showing switches between your own deals, your departments, your team, everybody or a named colleague. The wider options need the View Others’ Deals capability.
- The New menu creates a deal or a lead directly.
One thing to watch: the contract cards follow account ownership (account manager or sold by), not the deal-owner picker. A rep sees their own accounts; a manager sees every account they can reach.
What a deal moves through
Section titled “What a deal moves through”- Create the deal against a lead or an existing customer, on a pipeline and at a stage.
- Build what you are selling - numbers, services, features and one-off charges, added by hand or crystallised from a package.
- Price it - fixed charges come from the records themselves; expected call spend can be derived from real tariffs.
- Send a proposal, which freezes the deal while the customer decides.
- Close it won when they accept, or lost or dropped with a reason.
- Bring it live, which converts the pre-sale records into billing records.
