The Invoices Report shows invoices produced over a given period. Use it to review billing output, check outstanding amounts, export data for accounting, or break down invoice totals by charge type.
When to Use This Report
- Review invoices from a billing run or date range
- Export invoice data to your accounting package
- Break down invoices by charge category (calls, recurring, one-off)
- Summarise total invoiced amounts by customer or type
- Check commission or wholesale values across invoices
Filters
For general guidance on running reports and using filters, see Using Reports.
Date Range
- On or After — include invoices dated from this date onwards (defaults to the first of the current month)
- Before — include invoices dated before this date
- Due Date On or After / Before — filter by invoice due date instead of invoice date
- Billing Run — show invoices from a specific billing run only
Invoice Amounts
- Invoice Amount at Least — only show invoices with an initial value at or above this amount. Choose whether to match debit, credit, or either.
- Unpaid Amount at Least — only show invoices with an outstanding balance at or above this amount. Set the as of date to check the balance at a specific point in time.
If you need to check total outstanding across all invoices for a customer, use the Outstanding Report instead.

Tips
- Use the Mini Breakdown output to quickly spot invoices where a particular charge category is unusually high or low.
- The CSV Output (Accounts) format works with most accounting packages. Enable Suppress Zero Values if your package rejects zero invoices.
- Run the Summary (By Customer) output over several months to track billing trends per customer.
