Your First Day
Follow these steps in order to get started.
1. Log in and secure your account
Set up your password and two-factor authentication. You’ll need these before you can do anything else.
2. Learn the interface
Get to know the main menu, page layout and navigation. This makes everything else faster.

3. Add your first customer
Create a customer account and set up something to bill them for. This is the core of what the platform does.
4. Set up default values
Save your common settings so you spend less time on repetitive data entry for future customers.
When You’re Ready
Once you’re comfortable with the basics, explore these features.
Expert Mode gives you access to advanced fields and operations. Your administrator controls which level you can use, and higher levels require two-factor authentication.
Actions are how you perform most operations on the platform. Dropping a customer, reinstating a number or generating payment links: these all use the Actions menu rather than direct editing.
